【CITANA通讯 2017-12-10】
2017年12月10日，北美华人信息技术协会（CITANA）蒙特利尔分会团队在蒙城畔溪酒家二楼举行了欢庆圣诞及迎新年聚会活动。
活动由协会副会长章平先生主持。他说，本次团队圣诞聚会的目的是对大家一年来对协会工作的奉献与支持表达感谢，衷心祝愿大家圣诞快乐，新年幸福！同时借助这一难得的机会，在轻松欢乐的气氛中，共同回顾过去一年的成绩，群策群力，凝聚共识，规划来年的工作目标，把协会的工作做得更好。
然后，余磊会长回顾并总结了2017年协会的各项工作。余会长总结道，在过去的一年多时间内，协会共组织19次各种形式的交流活动，其中包括12次线上和线下培训讲座，受训人数超过300人次。培训的内容覆盖最新IT技术，如人工智能、区块链、大数据、物联网等等；同时兼顾实用性，诸如Java程序设计、面向服务的架构、就业与创业辅导等各个方面。通过为会员提供求职面试一对一指导和内部推荐，帮助10多名会员成功找到了工作与带薪实习；指导会员参加国内人才和创业交流活动，向南京留交会成功推荐一个对接项目，并参加浙江省嘉兴市蒙特利尔海外高层次人才推介活动；组织了会员春节联欢会、摘苹果、圣诞聚会及其他联谊活动。协会还加入了蒙特利尔华人联合总会，积极参加了华人社区的主要活动。另外，余会长还给大家通报了会费的使用情况。
展望2018年协会新目标，余会长指出协会将紧紧围绕”学习、交流、合作、多赢、成功”的理念，创造性地为会员们提供相关服务。第一、针对北美IT市场需求，创造性地为会员提供就业与培训方面的服务。第二、发挥协会平台的优势，鼓励并引导多种形式的创业创新俱乐部或者沙龙，为创业创新项目提供人才与融资帮助。第三、加强总会与分会建设，推动各分会之间联络与合作。第四、完善网站功能，充分利用网站、微信等工具加强宣传，进一步发展会员，壮大队伍。。第五、推动协会与国内及本地企业技术交流合作，发挥中加技术交流的桥梁作用。
在几位新朋友分别作了自我介绍后，康科迪亚大学博士生侯鲁洋先生代表会员发言。他特别谈了自己入会后的体会。他说，加入了CITANA，终于找到组织了，非常非常高兴，不仅学习了很多新的东西，而且结交很多业界朋友，以后也很乐意为其它会员提供力所能及的帮助与服务。
在工作总结与计划讨论后，与会朋友不失时机地放松一下心情，有唱歌跳舞的，有深度文流的……
分会副会长Sunny Xiong 不仅在专业方面是顶呱呱的，是公司中坚力量，而且她唱卡拉OK也是响当当的哦！
时针不知不觉地指向结束时间，大家在轻松友好的气氛中度过了一个难忘的圣诞Party。

人们常说瑞雪兆丰年，今天也是蒙特利尔进入2017年冬季以来第一场大雪，大家都寄予我们的协会在来年越办越好。
