Seminar content including but not limited to:

– Legal knowledge and strategies for all aspects of business, tax and litigation law for running a business in Canada and in Quebec;

– Business Laws and Regulations in Canada and Quebec: How to set up a company, types of entities, how can individuals and companies achieve account separation? Legal Requirements for Shareholder Areements and Minutes;

– How to draft a commercial contract? What should I pay attention to during the signing process?

– How to acquire and merge companies in Canada?

– Intellectual Property Law: How to register a trademark, apply for a patent, etc.?
